Here they are: Kerrigan Brown, Miss North Carolina's Teen 2022. Kerrigan Brown was crowned the 17th Miss North Carolina’s Outstanding Teen. She has been traveling around NC all year, speaking at schools and events, promoting her community service initiative “Kind is Cool,” inspiring and encouraging the community to be kind to themselves and each other. Recipient of numerous honorary awards with the Air Force, TJ escaped near death at the Pentagon on 9/11 and went on to found his Transformation Strategy firm Agile Immersive. TJ invented the Friction Less EnterpriseTM platform to coach Financial Services, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, and Telecommunications Industry CEOs, Presidents, Executive VPs, and their executive teams. TJ’s filmmaking career began as a hobby 15 years ago but has blossomed into a film deal in development for his screenplay, “Albert & Paul,” with Hollywood A-list talent and producers. Doris Wallace is a dedicated public servant with over 40+ years of experience and service. A retired social worker and Johnston County Substitute teacher, she serves as a leader in Smithfield in numerous roles, including Smithfield's Planning Board, 5th Street Community Garden, President of Rotary E-Club, Board member of Johnston County Juvenile Crime Prevention, Board member of North Carolina Strategic Planning Cooperative N.C A& T State University, and Past President of Johnston County African America Caucus.
