This Giving Tuesday, join NEX GEN CEO, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, in empowering the next generation of entrepreneurs across North Carolina. Your donations are tax-deductible and will directly support programs that inspire students to create, lead, and innovate.
Our Mission
At NEX GEN CEO, we inspire young minds to create businesses with social impact. We establish student entrepreneurship clubs in schools and host business fairs, giving students a platform to showcase their ideas, develop critical skills, and become leaders in their communities.
Kaylee Stavlas’ Vision
Co-founded by Kaylee Stavlas, Miss North Carolina Teen USA 2024, NEX GEN CEO is driven by her passion for entrepreneurship and servant leadership. At just 17, Kaylee has:
• Organized statewide student business fairs showcasing innovations from students across 15 schools.
• Advocated for student entrepreneurship education at the city council and NC General Assembly.
• Taught entrepreneurship workshops at venues like Crabtree Valley Mall.
Her vision is to expand NEX GEN CEO into all 100 counties in North Carolina, fostering innovation and leadership among students statewide.
